In the event that you have lost an item in one of our cabs please call us at (312) 225-7456. The sooner we hear from you the easier it will be to track down your misplaced item.

The Lost and Found is open from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. For items lost at other times you can call dispatch at (312) TAXICAB. That's (312) 829-4222 for Chicago. 

Please relate as much information about the item as possible.

Cab numbers and color of the cab are very important. Be sure to note the cab number each time you enter or exit a vehicle.    

Date, time and drop off location are also very important pieces of information that will help expedite the recovery of your lost item.
